NO HOA!  Great location to Downtown and the Highlands with easy access
to I70 for going to the Mountains.  If you are looking for a home with
caricature but needs a little TLC this is the home for you. Older home
with great bones. Very nice closet spaces in this home! Make sure you
check out the bookshelf in middle room upstairs, if you open the
bookshelf there is walk in addict space.  There is a detached one car
oversized garage plus a two car cement parking pad in the front of the
home for easy access to the front door.  This is better than corner
lot because you have alleyways on the South and East of the home.
Beautiful gardens around this home and the roses are blooming...so
